The voluntary recall by Fisher-Price Inc., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, is for a variety of reasons, including that:. there have been 46 reports of incidents of the valve coming off the inflatable ball included with the several Fischer-Price toys, including 14 reports of the valve being found in a child's mouth and 3 reports of a kids beginning to choke.
